I had a very positive meeting with @RobertKennedyJr about his pending nomination to be HHS Secretary. He is well-aware of traditional Republican positions within the agency regarding pro-life policies, and I expect he will continue those traditions. The Republican Party is the pro-life party. When it comes to making sure our food supply is safe, I find his views refreshing and I look forward to hearing more about how we can improve America’s food supply. Bobby was thoughtful in his answers and sincere in his desire to work with President @realDonaldTrump and all members of Congress to make America a healthier place to live. He has clearly done his homework when it comes to the state of American health.
